What if there is an emergency?

Henderson Pet Resort has a pet care counselor on the premises 24 hours a day, that is trained in pet first aid and pet CPR. If we determine that your pet needs medical attention, we will attempt to contact you or your alternative contact person. We may transport him/her to the predetermined veterinarian of your choice, if possible. If an emergency requires immediate attention we will transport your pet to the nearest available care facility and attempt to contact you.

We can accommodate most dogs. If your dog does not get along with other dogs, but is fine with unfamiliar people, he/she will still get lots of love and attention by our staff. Pets that are aggressive towards unfamiliar people may not be able to stay with us. Please call and speak to us about your pet for further information.

We have both indoor and outdoor play areas, but we are unique in that we brought the outdoors in by installing antimicrobial K9 Grass in all of our large climate-controlled play areas. Our pet guests adjust really easily to our comfortable and fun resort.
